乌司他丁对全身炎症反应综合征患者心肌损害的保护作用 被引量：6

摘要 目的 探讨乌司他丁对全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）患者心肌损害的保护作用.方法 将我院收治的SIRS合并心肌损害的患者40例随机分为对照组和试验组.试验组在综合治疗的基础上加用乌司他丁,对照组则不使用乌司他丁.分别对两组患者进行心肌酶谱检测及临床观察与评价.结果 两组患者经治疗后临床症状均较前改善,心肌酶谱下降.但试验组改变更显著,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 乌司他丁对SIRS患者心肌损害具有良好的保护作用.
