摘要
当前,房地产开发与耕地保护的矛盾日趋加剧并成为利益博弈的焦点。在房地产开发的压力下,中国农业已显现出弱质化。因此,各级政府必须高度重视房地产开发与耕地保护方面的均衡问题,统一政策口径,协调区域发展,推进中国和谐社会的构建。
At present,the contradiction between real estate development and cultivated land protection has increasingly intensified and been benefit gambling focus.Under pressure of real estate development,China＇s agricultural have shown the weakness.Therefore,governments at all levels must attach great importance to the equilibrium problems of real estate development and cultivated land protection,uniform policy caliber,coordinate regional development,and promote the construction of harmonious society.
