速能乳脂替代大豆油对断奶仔猪生长性能和养分利用率的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Chyle Fat Replacing Soybean Oil on Growth Performance and Nutrient Digestibility in Weaned Piglets

摘要 试验旨在研究速能乳脂替代豆油对断奶仔猪生长性能和养分消化率的影响。试验选取8 kg左右的杜×大×长断奶仔猪100头,随机分为2个处理,每处理5个重复,每重复10头猪,在对照组日粮中添加1.5%大豆油,试验组添加3.0%速能乳脂粉,进行30 d生长试验和10 d代谢试验。结果表明:与大豆油相比,速能乳脂可显著提高断奶仔猪的日增重(P<0.05),降低料重比(P<0.05),降低仔猪的腹泻频率(P<0.05);并可显著提高日粮中粗脂肪的消化率(P<0.05)。结果提示,速能乳脂可完全替代日粮中豆油,提高断奶仔猪生产性能和养分消化率。 The effects of chyle fat replacing soybean oil on growth performance and nutrient digestability in weaned piglets were studied.A total of 100 weaned D×L×Y piglets,initially weighed 8 kg,were divided into two treatments with 5 replicates of 10 piglets per replicate.The pigs were fed basal diet supplemented soybean oil(1.5%) and chyle fat(3%) respectively for a 28-d experimental period.The results showed that average daily gain(ADG) was increased(P0.05),F/G and diarrhoea rate was significantly decreased(P0.05) for piglets fed with diet containing chyle,also increased significantly the digestibilities of crude fat(P0.05).These results indicated that chyle fat could completely replace soybean oil and improve the growth performance and nutrient digestability of weaned piglets.
