摘要
目的观察脾氨肽联合热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病的临床疗效。方法将88例手足口病患儿随机分为2组,治疗组46例给予脾氨肽冻干粉口服联合热毒宁注射液静脉滴注,对照组42例给予利巴韦林注射液静脉滴注。3 d为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察体温及皮疹、痊愈天数的情况。结果治疗组总有效率97.83%,对照组总有效率83.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组退热时间、皮疹消退时间及痊愈时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组短于对照组。结论脾氨肽联合热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of spleen aminopeptide combined Reduning injection in treating the hand,foot and mouth disease.Methods 88 children cases of hand,foot and mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in the treatment group（n=46） were given spleen aminopeptide combined Reduning injection,42 cases in the control group were given Ribavirin injection.3 days for a period.The body temperature and the rash,herpes were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 97.82% and 83.33%,respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups on the time of fever clearance,deflorescence and recovery（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The spleen am inopeptide combined Reduning injection has certain efficacy in treating the hand,foot and mouth disease.
