摘要
目的观察黄连素联合枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例采用黄连素(300 mg,每日3次口服)联合枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊(2粒,每日3次口服)治疗。对照组单独应用黄连素300 mg,每日3次口服。2组均治疗3周进行临床疗效比较。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率72.5%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论黄连素联合枯草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征安全、价廉、有效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome treated by combination of Berberine and lived combined B.Subtilis and E.Faecium enteric-coated capsules（Medilac-s）.Methods 80 cases of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients were in each group.Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of Berberine（300 mg,thrice a day） and Medilac-s（2 pills,thrice a day）.40 cases in control group were treated by Berberine（300 mg,thrice a day）.The course was three weeks in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（90%） was higher than that in control group（72.5%,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Berberine and Medilac-s is safe,effective and inexpensive on the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
