摘要
目的观察自拟益肾清心汤治疗肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征的临床疗效以及对生殖激素的影响。方法将70例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为2组,治疗组予自拟益肾清心汤口服,对照组予7-甲基异炔诺酮(替勃龙片)2.5 mg,每日1次口服。2组均以1个月为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效、Kupperm an指数及血清雌二醇(E2)水平、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)水平的变化。结果治疗组总有效率91.4%,对照组总有效率94.3%,2组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后Kupperm an指数较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.01),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后感觉异常、忧郁、疲倦乏力、皮肤蚁走感、耳鸣症状改善优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后E2、FSH和LH水平与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组治疗后E2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组。结论自拟益肾清心汤治疗肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征疗效确切,且能改善生殖激素水平。
Objective To observe the effect of Yishen Qingxin decoction on perimenopausal syndrome with kidney Yin-deficiency.Methods 70 patients of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney Yin-deficiency were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group（n=35） were treated by 7-methyl isobutyl norethindrone,2,5mg,once a day.35 cases in treatment group were treated by Yishen Qingxin decoction.The course was o month in two groups.The clinical effect,Kupperman index,and levels of E2,FSH and LH were observed.Results The total effective rate in treatment group（91.4%） was not lower than that in control group（94.3%,P〉0.05）.Kupperman index after treatment was decreased in comparison with that before treatment in two groups（P〈0.01）.Improvement of symptoms in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups on E2 after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yishen Qingxin decoction has definite effect on perimenopausal syndrome,and can improve endocrine function.
