摘要
基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA平台对半球形件的板料渐进成形过程进行模拟。根据单道次、两道次、三道次以及四道次成形路径的模拟结果,分析了不同道次对壁厚均匀性的影响。另外,通过对自上而下和自下而上两种成形顺序获得的模拟结果对比,研究了成形方式对壁厚均匀性的影响。最后,以壁厚均匀性为原则设计出半球形工件最佳成形路径,并通过实验得以验证。
Based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA platform,the incremental forming process of the hemispherical workpiece was simulated.According to the simulating results of one-stage,two-stages,three-stages and four-stages forming path,the influences of different passes on wall thickness were analyzed.In addition,the simulating results of two forming sequences,top-down and bottom-up were compared to study the influence forming pattern for wall thickness.Thickness uniformity was taken as the principles to design the path of the hemispherical workpiece,and finally the optimal path was given.Experiment was also taken to verify the path.
