四、开发条件下区域的地下水的均衡状态及其对生态环境的影响 大量的事实表明,像内陆平原这种类型的河流—含水层系统,水资源开发利用所导致的水资源重新分配过程较之一般地区(半干旱、半湿润区)
The problems are discussed in this paper as fol-lwing: (1)Theground water runoff from the moun-tainous region out of arid,into inland plain, and therecharge resource of the ground water of inlandplain, (2)Thetotal water resource of the water inaquifer systems and other form water, in the inlandplain. (3) Fxploiting pattern of water resource andground water resouce permited to exploit. (4) Thebalanced state of the ground waten under exploitingcondition,its influence on ecologic environment.
