Gd^(3+)掺杂TiO_2纳米纤维的制备、表征及其光催化性能

摘要 采用静电纺丝技术并结合溶胶-凝胶方法制备TiO2和TiO2/Gd2O3纳米纤维,采用差热-热重分析(TG-DTA)?场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)、红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)对材料进行表征,通过亚甲基蓝光降解反应研究其催化性能。结果表明,掺杂Gd3+可以强烈抑制TiO2由锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变,抑制晶粒生长,减少晶粒尺寸;Gd3+掺杂TiO的纳米纤维对亚甲基蓝的光催化活性明显提高。 TiO2 and TiO2/Gd2O3 nanofibers were successfully fabricated via electrospinning combined with sol-gel technology.The samples of TiO2 and TiO2/Gd2O3 nanofibers were characterized by thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis(TG-DTA),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) technology,respectively.Photocatalytic degradation reaction of methylene blue are performed to investigate photocatalytic activity.The results show that it can strongly inhibit the transformation of TiO2 from anatase phase to rutile phase,inhibit grain growth and reduce the grain size when doped Gd3+.TiO2/Gd2O3 nanofibers can obviously improve photocatalytic activity of methylene blue.
