维生素E联合沙丁胺醇辅助治疗重症毛细支气管炎疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察维生素E联合沙丁胺醇辅助治疗重症毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 90例重症毛细支气管炎患儿随即分为对照组30例,治疗组A组28例和治疗组B组32例,3组患儿均采用抗感染、止咳、祛痰等常规综合治疗。治疗A组在综合治疗的基础上加用沙丁胺醇雾化吸入,治疗B组在治疗A组的基础上加用维生素E口服,疗程均为5～7d,观察疗效。结果总有效率及紫绀消失时间、喘憋消失时间、心率恢复正常时间、哮鸣音消失时间、住院天数,治疗A组与治疗B组比较及2组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论维生素E联合沙丁胺醇辅助治疗重症毛细支气管炎疗效显著、安全。
