摘要
研究了响应曲面法微波辅助提取夏枯草中黄酮化合物的工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,研究乙醇体积分数(V/V)、液固比(mL/g)和提取时间(s)等因素对黄酮类化合物得率的影响。结果表明,微波提取夏枯草中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件:乙醇体积分数20%、液固比24:1、提取时间116 s,黄酮化合物的实测结果(3.85%)与响应曲面拟合所得方程的预测值(3.87%)符合良好。
The microwave-assisted extraction(MAE) process of flavonoids from Prunella vulgaris L.was studied.On the basis of single-factor test,the effects of ethanol concentration,ratio of liquid to solid,extraction time on yield were investigated through Box-Benhnken center composite design and response surface methodology(RSM).The optimum conditions of MAE of flavonoids from Prunella vulgaris L.can be concluded as follows:ethanol concentration 20%(V/V),ratio of liquid to solid 24:1 mL/g,extracting time 116 s.Under these conditions,the practical yield of flavonoids was 3.85%,which was consistent with the predicted yield of flavonoids of 3.87%.
