博洛尼亚进程中的芬兰中小学教师教育改革:现状与动向 被引量:6

The Teacher Education Reform in Finland during Bologna Process: Current Situation and Trends

摘要 近年来,由于在国际学生评价项目(PISA)中成绩斐然,芬兰中小学教育备受各国关注,而高质量的教师教育无疑是芬兰中小学教育成功的重要保障。根据博洛尼亚进程的要求,芬兰中小学教师教育在入学资格、培养目标和课程设置等方面进行了一系列的改革,表现出扩大教师流动性、提升教师教学能力、提高教师研究水平以及改变课程的制定模式等若干动向,为我国教师教育改革提供了有益的启示。 The primary and secondary education in Finland has gained much national attention,which is largely due to the impressive results in the PISA surveys,and high-quality teacher education is undoubtedly an important guarantee factor for the success of the primary and secondary education in Finland.According to the requirements of the Bologna process,the primary and secondary teacher education in Finland has reformed on entrance requirements,training objectives and curriculum and has shown such trend as the expansion of teacher mobility,extended teacher competencies,improvement of teachers' researching level and the transformation of curriculum design model,which can provide some reference for the reform of teacher education in China.
