SERCA2a基因转导治疗心力衰竭的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 随着社会人口老龄化进程的不断加快,各种类型的心血管疾病导致的慢性心力衰竭逐渐增多。20世纪发展起来的转基因技术为心力衰竭的治疗寻找到了一个新的突破口。本文就SERCA2a(sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-ATPase)及其基因的结构、功能以及SERCA2a基因在心力衰竭治疗方面的研究进展作一综述。
