基于Pro/E的双折线绳槽卷筒铸造模具的参数化设计

摘要 在双折线绳槽卷筒铸造模具的三维设计中,卷筒表面绳槽的三维造型是一个较为繁复的过程,通过实体折弯的方式建立卷筒的三维模型,将更为简洁、更直观。此外,鉴于双折线绳槽卷筒表面绳槽的卷绕规律性较强,利用Pro/ENGINEER强大的参数化设计功能成功地开发出卷筒的参数化设计系统,使卷筒系列产品的快速研制成为可能,并大大减少了设计的工作量。 In the three-dimensional design of drum castings with double broken line grooves,the three-dimensional modeling of the groove surface is a more complicated process,through the approach by solid bending to building three-dimensional model of drums would be more concise and more intuitive. In addition,from the groove winding characteristics of strong regularity,a parametric design system for drum castings was successfully developed based on Pro/ENGINEER,a powerful parametric design tool,it provides the possibility of rapid development of series drum castings and greatly reduce the design workload.
