摘要
研究证实了在银杏愈伤组织培养过程中,7种微量元素对细胞生长率和黄酮醇糖苷含量有明显的影响。MnSO4、ZnSO4、H3BO3三组试验中,当浓度分别为MS培养基原浓度时,细胞生长率最高;黄酮醇糖苷含量随MnSO4浓度增加而下降;在分别缺少Mo(6+)、Cu(2+)、Co(2+)的三个处理中,其细胞生长率和黄酮醇糖苷含量均低于对照。
This paper reported that the effects of seven micronutrient elements on cell growth and formation of flavonolglycosides. Results showed that: ①In three group tests, the cell growth rate were the highest, when the concentration ofMnSO4、ZnSO4 and H3BO3 was the same as the intact MS medium respectively; ②Changing with the increasing Of MnSO4concentration, the flavonol glycosides content decreased. ③In three treatments of lacking Mo6+, Cu2+ and Co2+ respectively,both the cell growth rate and flavonol glycosides content were lower than that of the control.
