摘要
在细胞和植株两个水平上,筛选野生新麦草抗除草剂草甘膦自然变异体。在适宜的选择压力下,野生新麦草在两个水平上均有一定频率的抗除草剂自然变异体或突变型产生。100 mg/L的草甘膦是野生新麦草的抗性愈伤组织适宜的筛选浓度,抗性愈伤组织出现的频率为0.23%。用高于大田推荐剂量的草甘膦喷施野生新麦草植株,结果出现2×10-6的抗性个体。
Spontaneous mutants resistant to herbicide were screened on cell and plant levels of wild Psathy rostachys juncea(Fisch.) Nevski.On proper selection pressure,spontaneous mutants resistant to herbicide on both levels of wild Psath yrostachys juncea(Fisch.) Nevski.were existed.At the level of 100 mg/L glyphosate,the frequency of resistant calli in Psathy rostachys juncea(Fisch.) Nevski.was 0.23% and 100 mg/L was the comfortable screening dosage.2×10-6 mutants resistant to herbicide were obtained when Psathy rostachys juncea(Fisch.) Nevski.was sprayed with higher than recommended maximum dosages of herbicides in field.
