摘要
液压支架是广泛用于煤矿井下综采工作面的重要支护设备之一,也是实现采煤综合机械化不可缺少的主要设备,其工作过程和状况如何,对液压支架的工作性能和效率影响很大。使用Pro/E软件对液压支架进行了参数化建模,建立了其仿真模型,实现了液压支架工作过程的计算机运动仿真,其仿真结果对液压支架的设计和研究具有一定的指导意义。
The hydraulic support is one of the important supporting equipments used in coal mine widely, and which is essential to achieve mining mechanization. Its status has a great effect to its performance and efficiency. In this paper, the parameters model of hydraulic is built by Pro/E software, and the simulation for work process of hydraulic is achieved by founding the simulation model. Its results have some guidance on design and research of hydraulic support.
