摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理应用于分娩陪伴的临床效果。方法:将231例分娩的产妇随机分为实验组117例和对照组114例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予人性化护理。结果:实验组在转剖宫产率、分娩时间和并发症方面均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),显示了更好的护理效果。结论:在分娩陪伴中应用人性化护理模式,对于患者顺利分娩和提高患者身心舒适度是很有意义的,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective： To explore the clinical effects of humanized nursing used in puerpera with accompanying delivery.Methods： 231 cases of puerpera with delivery were divided into control group（n=114） and experimental group（n=117）.The routine nursing were used in control group,and the humanized nursing were used in experimental group.Results： The rate of transform to cesarean section,delivery time and complications in experimental group were significantly lower than in control group（P0.05,P0.01）,it showed better nursing effect.Conclusion： Humanized nursing used in puerpera with accompanying delivery is meaningful for smooth delivery and enhancing of satisfaction,so it deserves application and promotion in clinical work.
