摘要
过氧乙酸作为消毒剂在畜牧业中对器具和场所的消毒应用非常广泛。过氧乙酸具有广谱、高效、低毒、无污染、无残留等特点,在低温下仍有良好的消毒效果,但是其化学性质不稳定,易分解。我们通过突破"过氧乙酸溶液"的常规生产工艺。应用特殊配方,研究其工艺和稳定影响因素,克服了常规工艺制剂的一些难题,研制出的一元过氧乙酸,使药物在实际使用过程中更加方便,简单。
Peracetic acid as a disinfectant in the disinfection of equipment and premises is widely used in animal husbandry.Peracetic acid has many characteristics such as high efficiency,low toxicity,no pollution,no residue and so on,it＇s still the disinfection effectiveness in low temperature,but the chemically unstable and decompose easily.We break through the ＂peracetic acid preparation＂ of conventional production technology.We applied special formula to study the process and stability factors,overcomed some difficult problems of the conventional technology,and,developed out of acidperacetic acid in single-ingredient.This makes the drugs to be more convenient and simpler in the actual use process.
