摘要
目的 描述m3受体在人舌下腺组织中的分布。方法 应用m3受体亚型的单克隆抗体结合免疫组织化学方法(LSAB法)来描述m3受体在人舌下腺组织中的分布。结果 光镜下可见舌下腺组织中腺泡细胞和肌上皮细胞的细胞膜上均有棕黄色颗粒聚集,但前者免疫着色明显强于后者,导管组织及间质均未见棕黄色细颗粒聚集;阴性对照片未见棕黄色细颗粒聚集。结论 该结果提示人舌下腺中m3受体主要分布于腺泡细胞细胞膜表面,部分分布于肌上皮细胞细胞膜上。
Objective To determine the precise location of m3 receptor in human sublingual gland and preliminarily discuss the secretive mechanism. Methods m3 receptor monoclone antibody and immunohistochemistry (LSAB) were used to describe the m3 receptor distribution in human sublingual gland.Results Under light microscope, there were more brown granular depositions in the cellular membrane of acinar cells than in the myoepithelial cells, these was not any deposition in the duct or stroma. No staining was obseved in controls. Conclusion In human sublingual gland, the m3 receptor mainly locates in cellular membrane of acinar cells, partly locates in the myoepithelial cells. The excitement of m3 receptor in the cellular membrane of acinar cells directly makes the acinar cells secrete saliva. and the excitement of m3 receptor in myoepithelial cells can help acinar excrete salive.
