摘要
本研究就近年国内外医学动态简要介绍代谢综合征的定义、流行病学及发病概括。显示随着人们生活水平的提高,糖尿病、冠心病、高血压及脂代谢紊乱等多种代谢相关性疾病的发病率呈明显上升趋势,且病死率成倍增长,严重危害人类健康且日益影响人们的生活质量。因此,从发病机制对代谢综合征与糖尿病、心血管病的关系进行深入的研究,制定和建立有效的防治措施,降低代谢综合征的发病将是医生和群众关心的焦点。
This review briefly approaches the definition, epidemiology and onset of metabolic syndrome （MS） according to the medical advances in China and abroad recently. The results show the onset of diabetes, hypertension, lipometabolic disturbance and other metabolic diseases keeps rising markedly and their mortality doubles. This harms seriously the health and badly inflnence the living quality of the people. Therefore, further study the underlying mechanism in MS, diabetes and cardiovascular diseases and their relationship, making and developing effective preventive and therapeutic approach, lowering the onset of MS will be the key concern of both doctors and ordinary people.
