摘要
本文采用EGSB+接触氧化工艺处理黑龙江华润啤酒有限公司啤酒废水,经过4个月的调试达到满负荷运行,其系统稳定可靠,出水水质远优于《啤酒工业污染物排放标准》(GB19821-2005)的排放标准,COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N和TP的去除率分别达到98.1%、98.5%、95.4%、82%和86.7%。该工艺是处理啤酒酿造工业高浓度有机废水的有效方法。
EGSB combined with biological contact oxidation process was applied to the treatment of brewery wastewater in China Resources Snow Breweries(Heilongjiang Province) Co.,Ltd.After 4 months' debugging,the system operations were stable and reliable with full load,and all effluent qualities were much better than the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Beer Industry(GB19821-2005).The removal rates of COD,BOD5,SS,NH3-N and TP reached 98.1%,98.5%,95.4%,82% and 86.7%,respectively.
