摘要
厦门广播电视集团存在各部门IC卡管理相互独立、管理混乱等缺点。为了整合集团所有的IC卡系统,实现"一卡通"计算机智能化管理,本文以综合信息管理系统、门禁系统和食堂售饭系统作为支撑平台,选用非接触式IC卡作为IC卡管理系统通用的IC卡,采用模块化设计思路,应用B/S结合C/S架构、ORACLE 9 I数据库设计IC卡管理系统,介绍了系统的结构、工作原理,详细叙述了系统各组成模块的工作流程。本文设计的IC卡管理系统在厦门广播电视集团的成功实施证明了该系统的有效性。
There exist many drawbacks in the IC card management among various departments in Xiamen Broadcast Television Group,such as mutual independent,managerial confusion,etc.In order to integrate the IC card systems in the group and realize ＂one-card＂ computer intelligent management,the IC card management system was designed based on adopting building block design ideas and applying B/S,C/S architecture and ORACLE 9I database.The non-contact IC card was selected as the general IC card in the IC card management system which took integrated information management system,access control system and canteen selling food system as the supporting platform.The structure and operating principle of the system was introduced.The workflow of the all constitutive module in the system was described in detail.The effectiveness of the designed IC card management system is verified by the successful implement in Xiamen Broadcast Television Group.
