摘要
搅拌摩擦焊(Friction Stir Welding,FSW)技术是铝合金最具优势的连接手段,是载人航天关键构件的焊接制造发展趋势。分析了载人航天焊接结构件特点,研究了实际结构件应用搅拌摩擦焊所需的关键技术,研究结果表明该关键工艺应用于载人航天结构件的焊接,实现了球状密封构件、大尺寸密封舱体的搅拌摩擦焊制造。
The technics of friction stir welding (FSW) is the most prioritized welding method used for aluminum alloy, and represents a developing orientation for the welding of manned spaceflight component structure. The characteristics of welding structure in manned spaceflight are analyzed and the key technics in FSW application are investigated. The experimental results indicate that with the application of FSW technics in welding manned spaceflight component structure, the manufacture of spherical sealed structure and large-sized cabin can be realized.
