摘要
440例脑瘫患儿按照脑解剖及神经生理功能在头部的反射区，结合临床症状选配与运动、智力、语言及听视有关的部位，同时配合脊椎穴和四肢穴位以VitB1＋VitB12进行穴位封闭治疗。结果：440例患儿经5个疗程的治疗后，总有效率96.81％，年龄小的患儿基本恢复正常。提示穴位闭封治疗可通过刺激兴奋大脑皮层，促进血液循环和病灶吸收．营养神经细胞、提高脑细胞的活力，是一种中西医结合的治疗方法，且无副作用。
Acute injection was used as the main method to treat 440 children with cerebral palsy from 1992 to 1998. In accordance with the cerebral anatomy and neurophysical function for the reflex areas in head, the regionsrelative to movement. intellect, language, hearing and vision combined with intervertebral point were selected to perform acuptincture point blocking therapy with combination of VitB1 and VitB12. The results showed that this method had good effects. rapid treating effects, short duration, with the total effective rate being 96. 81%. By this method,.younger children with cerebral palsy could turn normal, It was suggested that acupuncture point blocking could excite cerebral cortex by stimulus, promote blood circulation and the healing of focus. nourish the nerve cells, increasecerebral cell activity. This method was a therapy of combined traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine withgood effects and without side effects.
