摘要
加强北京科技创新方法研究与推广,对从源头上提升北京的自主创新能力具有重大意义。分析了北京科技创新方法研究与推广的现状与问题,介绍了国内外科技创新方法研究与推广的发展趋势,最后提出了加强北京科技创新方法研究与推广工作的对策和建议。
To enhance Beijing＇ s independent innovation capability, it is of vital importance to strengthen the research and promotion of technological innovation methods （RPTIM）. This paper contains the current status and problems in RPTIM of Beijing, introduces new international trends of RPTIM, and finally proposes measures and suggestions for strengthening the PRTIM of Beijing.
