蛋白质芯片技术及其在医学诊断中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在蛋白质组学研究中,由于基因转录、翻译后合成的大部分多肽链经加工修饰后才具有生物学活性,仅凭基因转录水平并不能准确反映和预测蛋白质表达量,需通过直接研究目标蛋白质,并配合相应mRNA转录水平,才能全面获取特定蛋白质的生物信息。
