摘要
本文介绍了水泥回转窑轴线的新型测量系统——KAS-01的测量原理、主要技术指标和使用特点,叙述了KAS-01样机在华新等三家水泥厂对运转中回转窑轴线进行测量的使用情况,实际测量结果证明KAS-01的测量精度在水平方向为±1.5毫米,在垂直方向为±2.5毫米。运转中的窑轴线被校难后,会有效地延长窑衬寿命,提高窑的生产运转率。
The measuring principle, main technical specification, and characteristics in application about a new measuring system for ce- ment rotary kiln axes are introduced hereof. The applications of KAS-01 sample machines in measuring the axes of operating kilns in 3 cement works such as Huaxin Cement Works are described. The results of prac- tical measurements show that the accurancy in horizontal measurement is ±1. 5mm, and that in vertical measurement±2. 5mm. By correcting the axes of operating kilns, the service life of refractory lining is positively prolonged and the running rate of kiln increased.
