摘要
应用超声心动图观察１２０ 例高血压患者的左室构型，探讨左室重构与室性心律失常的关系及意义。结果发现左室重构与年龄、病程有关。正常构型、向心型重构、向心性肥厚、离心性肥厚复杂室性心律失常发生率依次为３ ．６ ％ 、２０ ％ 、２５ ％ 、３５ ．９ ％ 。提示高血压患者复杂室性心律失常的发生与左室构型有关，伴有左室肥厚者，可能有室性心律失常易发性的病理基础。
Objective:To explore the relationship between left ventricular (LV) remodeling and ventricular arrhythmias(VA) Methods:The LV patterns of 120 hypertension patients were analyzed by echocardiography.Results: The results showed that LV remodeling was connected with patients' age and the courses of the disease. The incidence rate of VA in these patients with normal pattern,concentric remodeling,concentric hypertrophy,eccentric hypertrophy were 3.6%,20%,35.9%,respectively.Conclusion:It suggests that the happen of complex VA is related to the LV pattern,the patients with LV hypertrophy perhaps have the pathological base of the occurrence of VA.
