儿童胆总管类癌一例
摘要
患儿男，12岁。因腹痛、腹泻，皮肤巩膜黄染20余天，以胆总管占位于2009年12月收住院。入院体检：皮肤巩膜黄染，腹平软，肝脾肋下未及。B超：胆总管实性肿块。CT：胆总管中下级占位性病变合并胆管系统扩张，胆囊增大。手术中见胆囊大约8cm×4cm。探查肝脏及盆腔未见异常，胆总管扩张明显，打开胆囊减压，并打开扩张的胆总管，见有坏死组织浮于胆汁内。
