新发现“NDM-1超级细菌”的流行情况及耐药机制 被引量:5

摘要 2010年8月13日,中央电视台新闻联播首次报道“超级细菌向全球蔓延”,此后国内多家媒体对“NDM-1超级细菌”的感染进行了报道并逐渐引起了人们的关注。NDM-1全称为NewDelhimetallo-β—lactamase1,是一种金属B内酰胺酶,学名为“I型新德里金属蛋白酶”,可以水解目前较常使用的三代头孢菌素及碳青霉烯类抗生素,其基因可在不同菌种中间传递,
