摘要
扩大高等学校自主权需要"去行政化"。当前高校存在着组织机构官僚化、资源分配官长化、主体作用边缘化、监督功能虚弱化的顽疾。要祛除这些顽疾,需要对高校内部治理结构进行相应的调整。
The expansion of autonomy of higher education institutions requires ＂de-bureaucratization＂. In order to cure the symptoms of bureaucratization in institutional development and resource allocation, the marginalization of principle actors and the weakness of supervision system, it is necessary to make an adjustment of governance structure within higher education institutions.
