摘要
研究了灰铸铁基WC/高铬铸铁表面复合层的组织和耐磨性。结果表明,利用铸渗工艺可以在灰铸铁表面获得WC颗粒与亚、过共晶高铬铸铁的复合层;当铸渗剂中WC质量分数为20%时,复合层的耐磨粒磨损性能最佳,甚至超过了由Fe2B单相组成的渗硼层。
Abstract The microstructures and wear resistance of WC/high Cr cast iron composite layer on grey iron are studied in this paper. The results show that the composite layers with WC particles and hypo eutectic or hyper eutectic high Cr cast iron can be achieved on grey iron by cast in place surface alloying and the abrasion resistance of the composite layer, 20wt% WC in alloy powder agent, is the most excellent and even surpass that of boride layer, Fe 2B phase.
