摘要
介绍了PGH668钴基高温合金的生产工艺及其性能。该合金具有比Stelite6B合金更加优越的热硬度及高温性能,从而有利于耐磨性及耐高温气体冲蚀性的提高。其组织稳定性、塑性和焊接性能良好。用PGH668合金制作的汽轮机叶片防护板在性能、质量上完全达到了Stel-lite6B护板的标准,并且原材料费及制造成本大为降低。
Abstract In this paper, the properties and processes of a new hot wear resistant material named PGH668 are introduced. The PGH668 material has more excellent resistance to corrosion, erosion and wear than the Stellite6B material, and it also has the better high temperature hardness and properties as well as stability of microstructure. The shields made of the PGH668 material have completely reached the standards of the shields made of Stellite6B in properties, dimensions and qualities, and the cost is also quite lower than that of the Stellite6B.
