摘要
目的研制适合口腔颌面部良性肿物治疗的内镜器械并进行临床应用。方法采用特殊材料制作适合颌面部解剖结构特点的器械,并将其应用于104例颌面部良性肿物患者。结果所有病例均顺利完成手术,术中出血量平均为(4.2±0.3)ml,手术时间平均(25.6±2.8)min,术后住院天数为2～3d,住院费用平均为(3567.5±269.8)元,患者总满意率为99.04%。结论利用自行研制的治疗颌面部良性肿物,可取得很好的治疗效果。
Objective To manufacture and apply the endoscopic instrument used for the maxillofacial benign tumor treatment.Methods Manufactured instruments adopted to maxillofacial features with special materials and applied to 104 patients with maxillofacial benign tumor.Results All operations were finished successfully.The mean bleeding quantity was 4.2±0.3ml.The operation time was 25.6±2.8 min.Patients were in hospital for 2 to 3 days after operation.The mean cost was 3567.5±269.8 RMB.The total satisfied rate was 99.04%.Conclusion The endoscopic treatment maxillofacial benign tumor with instrument made by ourselves could arrive at excellent therapeutic effect.
