摘要
绍兴市公共体育场(馆)的经营管理模式是我国地级市公共体育场(馆)经营管理的成功典范。通过文献资料调研、访谈、实地观察以及数理统计等方法,对绍兴市公共体育场(馆)的经营与管理问题进行研究。结果显示:国家宏观政策与地方社会环境耦合、优越的企业成长环境与较高的居民消费能力以及具有体育经营管理经验的本地人团队是绍兴市公共体育场(馆)经营管理模式的特征,实现了经济价值与社会价值的双赢,并对其他同类型公共体育场(馆)的经营与管理具有示范价值;理顺体育中心管理体制与探索各种社会影响因素是绍兴市公共体育场(馆)经营管理模式的发展完善方向。
the management model and value of the public stadium in Shaoxing was the succeed example in our public stadiums management.By the documents,interview,observation and statistics,it researched the management model and value of the public stadium in Shaoxing.The findings showed that it had three characters including the coupling of the states macropolicy and the local social environment,the link of the super enterprise environment and the higher consuming ability and the native team with the sports management experience,that it became it true the double gain of economical and social value,and built the example for the others and that it was the coming direction for Shaoxings public stadium to arrange the sports centers management system and research the all social factors.
