摘要
随着全球环境恶化加剧和产业集聚研究的深入,国外少数学者开始关注产业集聚发展与环境污染之间的关系。基于此,运用2003-2008年中国制造业两位码的行业分类数据和面板误差修正模型实证考察了这一关系。结果发现,短期内产业集聚发展有利于降低环境污染,但长期内产业集聚发展与环境污染之间不具有必然的因果关系。
Along with the global environmental deterioration increasing and the industrial agglomeration research furthering, a few foreign scholars begins to pay attention to the relationship between industrial agglomeration and environmental pollution. Applying two digit - manufacturing classified data in China from 2003 to 2008. The paper explores such relationship by means of panel error correction model. The results show that the development of industrial agglomeration can help to reduce the environmental pollution in the short term. However, in the long term, the development of industrial agglomeration and the environmental pollution don't have inevitable cause - effect relationship.
