SPME-GC-MS analysis of volatile components in hops

摘要 采用固相微萃取-气质联用仪分析了啤酒花的挥发性成分,考察了不同萃取纤维、萃取时间和萃取温度,对所鉴定出的化合物积分面积的影响。确定了固相微萃取的优化条件为:PDMS萃取纤维、萃取时间20min,萃取温度60℃,此时共鉴定出44种物质,其中烃类化合物有12种,α-石竹烯31.738%、α-蒎烯18.207%,烃类含氧有机挥发化合物有32种,其中丁酸叶醇酯相对含量较高为7.200%。 The volatile components of hops were extracted and analyzed by soli d phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method(SPME-GC-MS). The effects of different SPME fibers, extraction times and extraction temperatures on the peak areas of obtained components were investigated, The results showed that the optimal SPME extraction parameters were: polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) fiber, extraction time 20 min and extraction temperature 60℃, by which 44 volatile components were identified, including 12 hydrocarbons and 32 oxygen-cuntaining organic compounds. In hydrocarbons, there were 31.738% α-earyophyllene and 18.207% α-pinene. The content of hexenyl butyrate was relatively high in oxygen-containing organic compounds as 7.200%.
