摘要
目的:分析儿科护理中的沟通技巧。方法:我院住院儿科患儿200例,随机分成研究组及对照组各100例,对照组应用无针对性的常规护理,研究组应用有针对性的沟通技巧护理。问卷调查后对比两组患儿(家属)认可率及反感率。结果:研究组认可率88%高于对照组45%,研究组反感率12%小于对照组56%,差异均有统计学意义(p〈0.05)。结论:有效的儿科护理沟通技巧能建立良好的护患关系,对治疗有积极意义。
Objective: To analyze the communication skills in pediatric nursing. Method: 200 cases of hospitalized pediatric patients were randomly divided into study group and control group of 100 patients in the control group received routine care without specific, targeted application of group care and communication skills. Compared two groups of patients after questionnaires (family) approved rate and aversion rate. Results: The recognition rate was 88% higher than the control group 45%, 12% of group antipathy 56% less than the control group, differences were statistically significant (p 〈0.05). Conclusion: Effective communication skills of pediatric care to establish good relations between nurses and patients, the treatment has a positive meaning.
