摘要
2006-2009年扬州市邗江区有螺面积由462hm2下降至291hm2,下降率达37%;人群感染率由2006年的0.09%下降至2009年的0.02%(χ2=16,P<0.01);未发现急性血吸虫感染病例。血吸虫病疫情得到了一定控制,但仍需加大查灭螺、查治病工作力度,以巩固防治效果。
The area with Oncomelenia snails decreased from 462 hm2 to 291 hm2, and the decreasing rate was 37% in Hanjiang District, Yangzhou City from 2006 to 2009. No acute schistosomiasis patient was found. From 2006 to 2009, the overall infection rates decreased from 0.09% to 0.02% （X2 = 16, P 〈0.01 ）. In conclusion, the schistosomiasis situation has been controlled, however, the control methods still need be strengthened.
