摘要
脊髓损伤患者容易导致截瘫、生活不能自理等,由于康复周期长、功能恢复慢等特点,要求训练患者的康复人员重视并遵循医学伦理学原则,综合考虑患者的需求,将保障患者利益贯穿到整个康复治疗过程中。新技术与方法的应用也给脊髓损伤患者的临床康复提出了挑战。
Most patients with spinal cord injury suffered from pains including paraplegia, and dependence of activities in daily living. Due to the particularity of long - term rehabilitation treatment and slow recovery, training staff should emphasize and abide by ethical principles and consider comprehensively the patients＇ requirements. Patients＇ rights should be taken into consideration and protected during the whole practice of rehabilitate treatment. Additionally, more novel medical techniques and methods should be applied to clinical rehabilitation, since more unprecedented challenges will have to be faced during the clinical training for spinal cord injure.
