高压氧辅助治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床疗效分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察高压氧对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的治疗临床疗效。方法将120例中重度HIE患儿完全随机方法分成两组;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上应用高压氧治疗,比较治疗后两组脑电图好转情况及新生儿行为神经测定的评分比较。结果①两组患儿临床症状消失时间比较差异有显著性意义。②生后28d脑电图好转率两组之间差异有显著性意义(χ2=6.91,P<0.05)。③治疗1个疗程生后28 d新生儿行为神经测定评分两组之间差异有显著意义(t=6.43,P<0.01)。结论高压氧对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的治疗有一定的临床价值。
