摘要
以线性回归分析和协方差分析方法对粤东近海条尾鲱鲤Upeneus bensari雄性群体体长与体重关系式Inw=Ina+blnL的研究表明,各月份误差方差和回归系数b皆呈齐性,Ina差异高度显著.进一步的模拟研究显示:与全年完整样本相比,参数Ina和b的变化随样本所含月份数量的减少而越来越大;生长条件较好或较差的样本与全年完整样本相比.参数差异显著.因此,在估计鱼类体长-体重关系式参数值时,务必考虑取样季节的完整性,以免在参数应用时造成较大的偏差.
The formula LnW=lna+blnL for the length-weight relationship of male Upeneus bensari living in the coastal waters of Eastern Guangodong was studied by way oflinear regression analysis and covariance analysis. Results obtained for each month showa homogeneity either in the error variance or in the regression coefficient b, with differences in Ina being highly significant. Further simulation approach demonstrated that, incomparison with the annual complete samples, variations in the parameters Ina and b inthe samples rised gradualu with the decrease in th number of months involved, and differences in estimated parameters were significant between the yearly complete samplesand the samples raised under better condition or those raised under worse condition.Thus. it is necessary to take the sampling completeness into account when the parameters of the formula for fish length-weight relationship are estimated so as to avoidgreater deviation in foe application of these parameters.
