摘要
大型电子伺服多工位压力机是一种高效、先进的冲压设备,其中三坐标伺服送料系统是电子伺服三坐标多工位压力机的核心组成部件。本文针对三坐标伺服送料系统设计过程中的运动学问题,通过建立SolidWorks仿真模型和对系统相关部件运动规律的分析计算,运用ADAMS软件对三坐标伺服送料系统冲压动作进行了模拟,检查了模具和夹持机构在生产中的运动干涉情况。经过实际生产验证,证明了模拟结果的有效性和可靠性。
The simulation model has been established by SolidWorks in the text.The motion rule of some related parts in the system has been analyzed and calculated.The motion of tri-axis servo transfer system has been simulated by use of ADAMS,and the interference between dies and grippers has been checked.The simulation shows that the design result accords well with the real situation,which proves the validity and reliability of the motion simulation model.
