摘要
N-甲酰吗啉(NFM)是一种优异的萃取精馏溶剂,具有突出的的化学稳定性和热稳定性、优异的溶剂再生性能、优良的萃取选择性和无毒、无腐蚀性。介绍了N-甲酰吗啉(NFM)作为焦化粗苯萃取精馏溶剂的应用情况。对甲酸法和甲酸甲酯法生产的NMF溶剂的质量进行了分析比较。甲酸甲酯法生产的NFM产品质量比甲酸法好,更适合作为焦化粗苯精制的溶剂。
N-formylmorpholine（NFM） is an excellent extractive distillation solvent with outstanding thermal and chemical stability,good regeneration performance and extraction selectivity,and lower toxicity and corrosivity.The application of NFM as a solvent in coking crude benzene extractive distillation refining processes was described.Qualities of the NFM products produced by two different process routes,formic acid method and methyl formate method,were analyzed and compared.The NFM product from methyl formate method has better quality and is more suitable to be used in the coking crude benzene refining processes.
