细胞分裂素及稀土微肥在杂交水稻制种上的应用效果研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文对杂文中稻岗优22制种田亲本(父本CDR22/母本岗46A)始穗期喷施“细胞分裂素”、“稀土微肥”及“细胞分裂素”+“稀土微肥”混合液对母本穗部性状及产量等的影响进行了研究,研究结果表明:三者均明显提高母本颖花的开花数量、异交结实率、千粒重及产量,降低败育率,并优化影响结实的有关性状。“细胞分裂素”+“稀土微肥”混合液效果最为明显,但三者对异交率影响不大。 Effects of cytokinin, fertilizer of trace elements and mixture of them, which were sprayed respectively on parents (CDR22 (fa-ther)/Gang 46A (mother) of midle hybrid rice Gangyou 22 in initial heading stage in the hyhrid rice seed producing field, on ear performances of the mother plants, yields and others were studied in 1997 and 1998. The expermintal results showed that the moth-er plants treated were characterized by the higher number of flowering glumes, greater seed setting rate and thousand seed weight,lower rate of seed abortion and some improved characters connecting seed setting with the effects of the mixture the clearest. But,the effect of the three treatments on rate of mother-plant cross-fertilization was indistinct.
