摘要
特细号高密织物具有轻、薄、爽、滑以及手感柔软、富贵典雅、穿着舒适、附加值高的特点，已经成为目前机织物生产的主要产品。此类产品以府绸和防雨布为主，由于纱支细，织物密度大，加工难度和技术要求很高。掌握该类织物的加工难点，总结生产加工工艺和技术措施，对提高产品质量和综合经济效益都有着十分重要的现实意义。
Since super fine and high density fabric has the characteristics such as light, thin, crisp, smooth, velvet handle, splendor and elegance, comfort wearing and high added value, it already being the major product of woven. Such products mainly poplin and waterproof cloth primarily, because the yarn is fine, the fabric is high density, the producting difficulties and technic request of super fine and high density satin drill fabric are very high. It has practically value for increasing products quality and economical benefit that mastering the weaving difficulties, summing up the producting process and technical measures of the fabric.
