大银鱼和太湖新银鱼口器结构研究 被引量:5

Study on Mouth Biocharacters of Protosalanx hyalocranius Abbott & Neosalanx taihuensis Chen in Taihu Lake

摘要 解剖和测量了大银鱼 Protosalanx hyalocranius Abbott 太湖新银鱼Neosalanx taihuensis Chen的鳃弓骨骼结构、第一鳃弓长、鳃耙间距、口径、口宽。根据实测数据与银鱼的个体生长进行回归运算,分析了两种银鱼的口器生长特性,结果表明:1. 第一鳃弓长与体长的相关方程:大银鱼Y= 3.12+ 7.92X+0.79X2- 0.04X3(m m )[r= 0.992 8,P< 0.01];太湖新银鱼Y= 15.14- 3.04X+ 5.63X2- 0.57X3 (m m )[r= 0.986 8,P< 0.01](Y——体长,X——第一鳃弓长)。2. 口径、口宽与体长的相关方程:大银鱼口宽Y= 0.048X+ 0.133(m m )[r= 0.993 7,P< 0.05],太湖新银鱼口宽Y= 20.91- 7.41X+ 4.11X2+ 0.90X3(m m )[r= 0.910 7,P< 0.05];大银鱼口径Y= 0.130 7X- 0.850 3(m m )[r= 0.987 9,P< 0.05];太湖新银鱼口径Y= 50.86- 34.00X+ 10.65X2- 0.80X3(m m )[r= 0.959 9,P< 0.05? Comparative anatomizing and measure had been carried out to the structure of branchial arch,crevice of gill raker,mouth calibre, and mouth width. It concluded, according to measurement data, by analyzing the regression of the body length and mouth bio characters data,that 1. The first branchial arch length and body length have relation to regression equation: Protosalanx hyalocranius Abbott Y=3.12+7.92X+7.79X 2-0.04X 3 (mm)[ r=0 992 8,P<0 01]; Neosalanx taihuensis Chen Y=15.14-3.04X+5.63X 2-0.57X 3 (mm)[ r=0 986 8,P<0 01 ]. 2.The mouth calibre, mouth width and body length have relation to regression equation: Proosalanx hyalocranius Abbott (mouth width) Y=0.048X+0.133 (mm)[ r=0 993 7,P<0 05 ],(mouth calibre) Y=0.130 7X-0.850 3 (mm)[ r=0 987 9,P<0 05];Neosalanx taihuensis Chen (mouth width) Y=20.91-7.41X+4.11X 2+0.90X 3 (mm)[ r=0 910 7,P<0 05] ,(mouth calibre) Y=50.86-34.00X+10.65X 2-0.80X 3 (mm)[ r=0 959 9,P<0 05 ],(mouth calibre) Y=50.86-34.00X+10.65X 2-0.80X 3 (mm)[ r=0 959 9,P<0 05 ]. 3.The crevice of gill raker and body length have relation to regression equation: Proosalanx hyalocranius Abbott Y=44.00-0.11X+0.11X 2+0.11X 3 (mm)[ r=0 896 6,P<0 01];Neosalanx taihuensis Chen Y=37.67+0.90X+0.45X 2-0.78X 3 (mm)[ r=0 878 7,P<0 05]. 4. The forage size of icefish: Proosalanx hyalocranius Abbott is 0.287~123.6 mm 2, Neosalanx taihuensis Chen is 0.152~10.0 mm 2.
