摘要
解剖和测量了大银鱼 Protosalanx hyalocranius Abbott 太湖新银鱼Neosalanx taihuensis Chen的鳃弓骨骼结构、第一鳃弓长、鳃耙间距、口径、口宽。根据实测数据与银鱼的个体生长进行回归运算,分析了两种银鱼的口器生长特性,结果表明:1. 第一鳃弓长与体长的相关方程:大银鱼Y= 3.12+ 7.92X+0.79X2- 0.04X3(m m )[r= 0.992 8,P< 0.01];太湖新银鱼Y= 15.14- 3.04X+ 5.63X2- 0.57X3 (m m )[r= 0.986 8,P< 0.01](Y——体长,X——第一鳃弓长)。2. 口径、口宽与体长的相关方程:大银鱼口宽Y= 0.048X+ 0.133(m m )[r= 0.993 7,P< 0.05],太湖新银鱼口宽Y= 20.91- 7.41X+ 4.11X2+ 0.90X3(m m )[r= 0.910 7,P< 0.05];大银鱼口径Y= 0.130 7X- 0.850 3(m m )[r= 0.987 9,P< 0.05];太湖新银鱼口径Y= 50.86- 34.00X+ 10.65X2- 0.80X3(m m )[r= 0.959 9,P< 0.05?
Comparative anatomizing and measure had been carried out to the structure of branchial arch,crevice of gill raker,mouth calibre, and mouth width. It concluded, according to measurement data, by analyzing the regression of the body length and mouth bio characters data,that 1.
