摘要
本文介绍了果蔬清洗的多种主流控制方法,并结合实现产业化的各项技术及工艺要求,设计了一种集超声波、臭氧和紫外线等多种技术于一体的深层次果蔬智能清洗装置,实验测试结果表明此设计的优越性。
Some main control methods for fruit and vegetable cleaning are introduced in this paper firstly.Then with the considerations of different technology and process needs for industrialization,an intelligent fruit and vegetable in-depth cleaning machine,which combines the ultrasonic,ozone and ultraviolet technologies,is designed and implemented.The advantages of this design are also proved by the experimental testing results.
