摘要 2007-2009年通过对烟叶差异化的综合分析研究,差异化原料核心基地所产烟叶的内在化学成分、感官质量和致香成分均好于非差异化基地上所产烟叶.烟叶的感官质量与化学成分含量符合云南中烟工业标准,工业可用性高,是具有品种和生态双重特色的差异化烟叶,可供云产一、二类特色卷烟的原料需求.近红外检测技术可用于烟叶收购时的内在质量检测,所建数据库能为叶组配方设计提供理论与数据支撑. After the comprehensive analysis and research on tobacco cultivated in differentiation and non-differentiation core base in a continuous experiment from 2007 to 2009,the results indicated that tobacco from the differentiation core base was much better,the chemical composition and aroma components met industrial standard of domestic tobacco of Yunnan and have high industry application.Both species and ecology are suitable to make the first and second classes of Yunnan cigarette.The Near infrared technology was applied in quality checking during tobacco purchasing which creates the database to provide theoretical guidance and data support for foliage compound.
